Dr. Michelle Feairheller MPT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS
Michelle Feairheller is the director of the Adolescent Sports Medicine Program at Kinetic Physical Therapy in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. She received her Master and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2008 and 2012 respectively. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is currently pursuing her Sports Clinical Specialist certification. She holds many other certifications including full body Active Release Technique certification, KT 1 and 2 certifications, and many more.
She designed and implemented the Adolescent Sports Medicine Program at Kinetic Physical Therapy based on the principles of evidence-based practice to meet the needs of local athletes and their families. This program focuses on injury rehabilitation and prevention, return to sport, and performance enhancement with a special emphasis on the principles of adolescent growth and development. Recently, her concussion program has grown substantially and is recognized by many of the top concussion doctors at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Nemours Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, and the Rothman Institute.
Michelle has a special interest in educating athletes, parents, coaches, and the community on appropriate strength, conditioning, and injury prevention for young athletes including improving concussion awareness. She is also an avid athlete, competing in multiple sports at the international level.
